Once I had bid and lost and calculated the true cost of the items being purchased (if there was any at all!!) - 1c bid equals 80c to $1. The true price paid was twice the retail price. I thought at this stage I had been rorted and when I tried to find viaziz.zom online I knew that was the case. The number of reported scams would only be a small fraction of the total - I am in Aust. if anyone wants to join forces re consumer affairs or TV. John (Maroochydore)

Reading through your complaint, I do not believe you understand how a website such as ours functions.
Each bid you place increases the item price by one cent, but each bid you place costs within the region of $0.40-$0.75 depending on which bid package you have purchased.
We strive to create a fair auction environment as shown in our Fair Auction Guarantee and we always encourage you to contact us if you feel you've experienced a problem with any auction, your items delivered from us or any website technical problem.
As shown in over 90% of the complaints listed on this website, simple user misunderstandings can create the false illusion that our website is a scam. Such as not realizing that each bid placed costs and that you do not receive your bids back if you don't win.
Occasionally, customers who make a purchase and do not win an auction will feel like we have done something wrong. We do not guarantee any customer will win with their purchased bid package. User participation influences the outcome of all of our auctions.
