International boundaries
Purchase Original Garcinia Cambogia online on January 15, 2014. Product received with sketchy documentation and without verification of price paid only quantity ordered. Product came with 100% guarantee. However, no address on the Packing slip. Terms and Conditions require that you contact the company at the 877 number provided online and on the actual bottle for an RMA for a refund less 5.95 handling. However, their phones are set to automatic answer with a very nice message about how important you are and how concerned that are to please. After one minute, you are instructed to leave a message for them to call you back during their business hours rather than have you wait. Problem is they never call back. I've called around the clock and the same scenerio every time. You never get an RMA so your time to return the product expires without being able to reach them. TOTAL and COMPLETE SCAM - appears they use multiple site names. BEWARE!!! Never been scammed before so I guess I've been lucky until now. Won't happen again!@!!! Plan to contact every business regulatory agency I can to put a stop to this.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM...........part of my details are missing for the above complaint - would be happy to elaborate about their failure to EVER answer the phone so you cannot secure the RMA to send the product back for your refund........!!!!!
