I went for the "free" offer with no indication I would be receiving a shipment every month. Paperwork that came with product did not have a cost, phone number to reach Phoenix Labs in Palmdale, CA.
First got order around 15th of January 2014 and then today, 2/14/2014, got another one in the mail and have no phone number or e-mail address to contact them and cancel.
