hey claim to offer grants from the Federal Reserve Bank in New York. A man called me from this number (206)-866-5705 and offered me a $7,000 grant. I did not think it was odd because I signed up for a few school grants on the internet. The man said to load $200 on the money pak card and the $7,000 plus the $200 would be deposited into my bank account. I bought the card then he gave me an ID number: WN 833 706 756. As soon as he had the moneypak code he gave me this telephone number (646)-863-6111. I called that number gave a woman my ID and she said the money would be deposited into my account the next day. Well the next day she called me and said the IRS had a hold on the transactions and I would have to pay 10% of the grant in order to receive the money. She also said I would get the 10%($700) back in the deposit. So I pay the $700, they call me 3 hours later and say the IRS needs $600 more in order for the transaction to be legal all of the taxes have to be paid up front. I should have known better.
