i went into a free samples website and saw the advert for equinox and it said pay only for shipping £4.95 so filled in details on the website a few weeks later it arrived and then another arrived a day or so later rtvl i was charged initially £2.99 for the shipping of this product, then I went into my account and found that they had charged me £99 for one and £89 for the other, i nearly had a heart attack,I then went back to the website and saw the conditions which at the time is not there when you sign up as the pages flick straight away to the payment section. i have just recently sent an email to them to cancel any future orders as i have read you never get your money back, but if there is anything you can do please let me know I would be so grateful thx
