Egumball calls my company posing as google asking to update my google listing. They pressured me in to setting up a plan stating that they gaurantee I will not want to quit there service, and that i could if i wanted to at any time. they also said they do more than a simple google places listing because they use special key words. After a month or two i get a call and they wanted me to give them my account password (which has personal and financial info) so they could make changes to my listing. that was not happening. after I let them take the listing they changed all my keywords to ones that did not match my business at all! example: from painter to carpenter. they ruined my web exposure and said that was all the words they had to work with and that the "web pros" knew what they were doing. After calling and dealing with all of their rude reps and managers they decided they did not have to let me out of the contract (which was not the verbal agreement). I stopped payment since i read from many others that they would bill the entire amount after cancelling.they never had a post on yahoo or bing (which was part of the alleged contract) and the google listing was gone right after cancelling. Now they say that they are bound to continue with what they are doing and billing it accordingly as contracted. What are they doing? nothing, there are no listings out there nore have i ever received one call from any ads of theirs. They are now having collections call me constantly to threaten me so i pay them the due balance. They know there scam system well... they truly run their business off of scare tactics and somehow have become an empire of dishonesty and slime.
