On the 5th january we paid £2.99 which incl P & P for a sample of Anti-Aging cream. We made it quite clear that no further quantities would be required. The sample arrived and we paid by Visa Card. On the 28th January we found that a further £89 had been taken from our account.We contacted RVTL by email informing them of the situation, they replied stating that our order had been cancelled on the 3oth January Cancellation no. 1321099.Last week we sent a further email to RVTL stating that our money had not been repaid, I also asked them if the original offer was part of a promotional scheme with M & S.I also warned them that I would be taking the matter further if they failed to repay our money. I have also been in touch with M & S who deny being associated with this company. I would add that no goods have been received which they alleged we order.In the meantime we have cancelled our Visa Cards.
