I obtained a free sample of an anti wrinkle product & paid them £2.95 postage on 16.1.14. I was shocked to note that on 30th Jan they then took another payment of £89 from my credit card & I have no way of knowing how to get this back as my card company say that I have signed for a trial pack & they will not be able to get a refund. I have now found out that this company has done this before & other complaints have been made. Can anybody help?
