Booked my daughter theory test with Book-your-theory-test online and was told we would get a date within 7 working days the money came out of my bank on the 29th January but no email or date, the phone lines are premium rate but can't get through anyway. I have emailled serval times but no response!! how can this company still be trading and why are they at the top of google search engine!!
