I fell for the free trial and I missed the 14 day call to cancel clause in the Ts&Cs. I called when I saw another charge on my credit card for $102.38 after I ordered my free trial for $7.86 for shipping. I never order from companies I dont know and I should have known to read the fine print. I called to ask about this and was told it was all there in black and white. I asked to talk to a manger and he said "Mangers to do not take calls" I ask for another number for customer relations and he said you are talking to the only person who can help you. I asked if there was another agent to talk to and he said no. Then he hung up on me.

I called back in talked to another agent and explained that I see I missed it but felt it was underhanded. He finally said he would refund 50% of the costs to the credit card. At which time I asked the account to be closed.

I am watching my CC invoices closely to make sure I do not get additional charges.

NEVER AGAIN will I buy off the internet without reading the Ts&Cs in detail.
