I was approved for a loan for 20,000 dollars because I have bad credit I was given 4 options to obtain the loan a cosigner,collateral, buy insurance or monetary collateral payment. I chose the last option which meant I paid my first four payments up front and would not start payment until 4 months later. I too sent 1440 to a man in Toronto by the name Jamal Wallace I was then told that the money would be in my account 4-6 hrs later it was not but I wasn't too worried as I hadn't sent it til 6 pm on a Friday night and thought it might have been too late I received a call from my Loan representative Andrea Simon and was told that my file had been red flagged and that in order to receive my loan I would have to send another 1400 to purchase loan insurance I knew then that I was scammed I started crying and she told me I could receive my money back and it would take up to 15 business days I hadn't heard or got a letter stating that I cancelled the loan so I called back asking for a letter the secretary told me that my loan representative would contact me back with an exact date of when I would receive my funds and that I didn't need a letter as it was already stated in my contract that I could cancel at any time I have not received my money and have not heard back I have left messages and no one has returned my calls I was put in huge financial difficulty as I spent my whole check on my security deposit and live pay check to pay check :( hopefully nobody else will be a victim
