I orderd the special trial that was only supposed to charge shipping. They charged me for the shipping, then 11 days later also charged me for an auto enroll in which I DID NOT enroll in. I waited on hold for 25 minutes and then the line picked up and no one ever spoke. Terrbile customer service and a fraud!!!
