I submitted a ticket on February 13th after completing an offer for a 30 day trial with Sensa with an award for 624 diamonds. 2 days later, I received a confirmation email telling me my ticket number 6810408, also telling me they are working to resolve the issue. I've paid the s&h fee and included all of the order information in the ticket request. Here it is, February 18th, and still no reply from tapjoy, no diamonds. Apparently this happens often when it involves trial offers. It seems as if tapjoy baits people into the trial offer with the intention to make them reach the recurring payments. Be warned... Avoid tapjoy offers.
