I ordered a trial offer on Dec 23rd, 2013 with the understanding I was to pay 4.95 shipping and handling, I received the product in Jan, the day I was supposedly to cancel and send the product back if I was not satisfied. On Feb 20th they charged my account $97.28 saying I authorized it by not canceling the autofill order that I never agreed to. They are refusing to refund my money. Now i have overdraft fees to pay because I didn't expect $100 to be taken from my bank account. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM, THE PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS AND THE COMPANY SERVICE IS RUDE!!!!

Update: 02/20/2014

I never received an email confirmation on either of the orders either! So I didn't even know how to get a hold of them until they charged my account and the phone number was in the details for the transaction.
