On February 11 - nine days ago - I was offered three credit reports for $1.00. Today, a charge of $29.95 appeared on my credit card statement. No credit reports have arrived.
I have canceled the agreement, naturally. But I have no hope of getting a refund. Why are these people allowed to continue this
dishonest behavior?
