they went into my account and withdrew the amount without my knowledge and once i informed them that a fraud has been committed, they reassured me that the money will be refunded within 7 working days only to find out again when i called them its actually 30 working days. the lady was rude on the phone and as i suffer from dementia and could not speak well. this is the worst company ever and i dont understand how this is legal
