I applied for a loan with the above company, I had a so called consultation over the phone they asked for my credit card details, I thought it was part of the application process. Towards the end they then said there would be a £89 finders fee. I told them to cancel the application. I thought it was cancelled, but a week later £89 was taken out of my bank. I tried to contact the company by phoning, I was on hold for over an hour. I called my back and reported the matter to them. I then managed to get hold of someone on the phone, they said they would listen to the call to confirm if I did cancel and get back to me in 48 hours, that was 2 weeks ago. Barclays bank have since refunded my money, the obviously agree this was a unauthorised transaction. I suggest if anyone else has had money taken out of their account by A K Management, speak to your bank, if they can't help small claims court will be the next cause of action. I will be very happy to give evidence.
