I bought this cream which should have been free as long as the (£2.99 GBP) shipping was paid. I paid it and received the RVTL Cream as promised. I checked my bank this morning and 'skin Glamour' have charged me £89 for the cream which they shouldn't have done as I only bought 1 pot of cream that should have only cost £2.99 for the postage and packaging. I really really hope you will be kind enough to help me get all my money back as I am a disabled single mother and I really struggle with the small amount of money I receive and I am really desperate.
