I purchased a tablet computer manufactured by this company on 12/1/2013 with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. When the charge port became lodged in the tablet, they try to charge me $44.00 for what they would not disclose. I would be happy to pay shipping that I purchase, but not to get hustled by them.
