I was told that if Was able to cancel this program any time I want so when I called to do so a very disrespectful lady called Karen Torres told me that they were going to charge me a 79.00 penalty fee for canceling this program and when I said was told there is no cancelation fee and she said that I they recorded part of the call wherein I accepted that fee but she didn't listen the entire call which is not fair that day the representative promised to me that I was allowed to cancel the program if I am no getting the results I expected on the top of that I told her well I going to have to continue with the course to avoid paying that fee however she cancel my subscription when the 79.00 was withdrawn from my credit card without my authorization this is ridiculous I am very upset so I need to know what to do next because I wrote a complaint email but never received a response.
