I ordered this hose in August 2013 with an extra one free with extra shipping charges. One of the hoses has split already for no reason. It did not freeze and it was always turned off when not in use. This was a very inferior hose and I feel like I was taken and scammed for a product that was no good. It only had a 60 day warranty so I cannot get my money back. I will not order from any company that is not dependable again.
