So i have bought two games off the Steam store, Arma 3 and Dayz Standalone. Both games developed by Bohemia Interactive and both using Battleye Anti cheat engine. Friday and saturday i played both games with no problems at all. At this point i must stress i played legitmately at all times on these games, finished playing saturday 22nd only to come on Sunday the 23rd to find "Battleye Global Ban #fefcd1." Gut reaction, i emailed support on the 23rd at 1.00pm, still no reply today at 19:00, i filled out all relevant information in the emails as requested but nothing has come back nor has either of my bans been lifted, on the website they say you must but a new copy of the games on a new account which to me seems like a scam, why? because if im a legitimately playing and have got banned for hacking, they're scamming me?
