I received a fax at work offering an all inclusive vacation package for $399, when I booked this vacation I told them it was for my honeymoon and I wanted to go to Maui on March 19-24th. The gentleman I spoke to said that would not be a problem so I paid the fee. I never received a confirmation so I called back. I finally was able to speak to a lady named "Gayle". She was very apologetic and told me Maui is booked through November, but she would give me a "FREE" vacation package and extend my Maui trip for a year. I thought okay this will be okay. I have since spoke to Gayle and she told me we could go to Cancun and supposedly has it booked with Bel Aire Cancun. This was 10 days ago and I also had to pay an additional $248 for transportation and taxes, I agreed thinking she was going to work with me. This is a total scam!! I still don't have reservations or confirmation from Bel Aire Cancun. I am now out $748 and have NO HONEYMOON!! Now when I try to call I just get the run around IF anyone answers at all!! This is a scam and they need to be stopped!! So sad because that money I had saved for my honeymoon and will no longer be able to go anywhere :( Please do NOT give this company any money.
