I took my son for photoshoot to Neptune Studios in feb 2013, i initially paid £50 deposit in Jan 2013 and was told would get it back when we got there, when they done photos we were took into a room with a woman called sandra who showed us the photos and then went on about pricies, i felt under pressure by this point and didn't want to disappoint my son so agreed to buy the photos for the total price of £750 with that she said we would get an additional 24 photos free. on leaving the studio she gave us the portfolio book, i had arranged to pay in installments which weren't taken how they were meant to be taken, I sent numerous emails throughout the year one email never responded [email protected], the other responded sometimes, my last email that i got a response to was in sept 2013 when they said they were sending the photo's still nothing, i sent them another email last week for it to bounce back to me because they have gone, website doesn't work or telephone numbers,absolutely fuming, couldn't really afford the photos but i was under pressure and now i'm out of pocket and no portfolio for my son.
