I purchased a purse from this company who claim to have authentic purses. When I received the purse, it was not authentic. I have been trying to speak with someone and have been unable to talk with a live person, get a return address, and was told that if Customs detained my return they would not be able to send me a refund. I was also told by an associate name Lesley, that I would be responsible for a $60 shipping fee plus another $60 fee when they receive the return plus a 6% bank handling fee. The website says a 5% bank handling fee. When I spoke with a Louis Vuitton representative in Saks Fifth Avenue I was informed that they were not aware of this website and that my purse was a fake. This website has an authentication link and carries the name of Louis Vuitton. I would just like a full refund and not have to pay another $140 to return the item which is a fake
