i have had the phone one week. i dialed 411 instead it goes right to 611, assurance. i was told the 1st time i must have hit 611 by mistake so the 2nd time i checked the screen and it said 411 but got 611 instead, so all the time i was trying to get a number i was paying for it. i tried to set up voice mail but manual only has directions for voice recognition.
