My daughter was in an accident with one of their insured. It has been over 2 weeks with us getting a hold of them, because they made no attempt. Everything that was asked of the company, they said they would reimburse, such as telling her that they needed the police report copy. She paid for that as well. They said the insured was now going to appear for a deposition because she was not agreeing. She hit my daughter from behind. She was stopped. The police report states the girl was at fault. Probably she was on a phone. She even got out at the accident stating it was her fault she just didn't see her. We are doing all the leg work, and not sure that the small estimate will cover. They also told her they reimburse for the rental and they sent release papers for anything she may occur after their somewhat shady business. Oh, she has not really talked to anyone, he contacted through email. The whole thing is strange!
