My last email contact with this company was sent to me last Friday, October 28th 2011 by Harry Hayes.
The only other name is the owner who has identified himself simply as 'Ricky'. The system seems great but the complete lack of contact causes me to be extremely worried.
Does anyone have any helpful advice or information to resolve this very serious problem?
