I ordered and paid for a watch on the 11th October 2013, the transaction code is TR220836 and was approved. You will not suprised to learn that I have not recieved it, despite at least a dozen emails from and replies from them stating it is in our post office and out of their control. I have asked on at least six occassions for them to send a replacement, but the post office answer keeps coming back. Please can you help.
