I ordered a sample of Equinox along with RVTL and thought I would try them to see if they really worked great together. I never received the sample of RVTL. However I did receive the Equinox 30 day supply and 14 days later was charged $99. Then I found that I had been set up for automatic shipments & billing every 30 days. I emailed the company to cancel and never received a reply so I called a couple of days later. They said they never received the email but would cancel my order. If your product is really as good as you say it is you do not need to automatically set people up, in the fine print that no one reads, to ship and bill. If they like it they will reorder. Now I don't care how good your product is your business practices not ethical.
