"FPGZUXQ6LPUG" is my order number.It has been 2.5 months and I am still waiting for my delivery. Moreover, I cannot get any answer to my e-mails that I have sent to customery service. Order status is "All Shipped" for more than 2 months. Finally, they do not allow me to cancel the process since products seems to be shipped.
