I went through a company other than loan zoo did not get a loan as it was an enquiry loan zoo then sent details they were loan provider and next day without my consent took 39.99 I have viewed company site they have another site who also took 39.99 that's 79.98 without my consent and I did not get a loan where is the customer complaint number !!!!! I am so angry as now have endeared bank charges as they took me overdrawn my name is Siobhan Gannon I want my money back this is fraud I am now contacting police complaints.
