My mum went on her newspaper rewards website (the daily mail) and saw an advertisment for a free anti wrinkle cream. It ask for her details and for her to pay the postage of £2.99p so she put in her card details to pay just the £2.99, believing that she would receive a free gift. At no time did she read anything about them taking any other payment off her. On the 3/2/14 £2.99 came out of her bank for the postage for RVLT (02030149255 phone number printed on statement) and £4.95 was taken out for EQUINOX DREAM (02030149274 phone number printed on her statement, she has rang these numbers many times but no answer). On the 17/2/14 EQUNOX took out £95 and RVLT took out £89, SHE DID NOT ALLOW THIS. She rang and rang and all she got was no answer. If you can help we will both be eternally grateful.
