I approached IXP Visas for a UK spouse visa, they persuaded me to take an Entrepreneur Visa (double the fees for them) I paid the money as its required that you pay before they send you the requirements. After I paid I consulted an immigration solicitor in the UK who advised me to stop that process and apply for a spouse visa. Now I cannot obtain a refund or even partial refund despite them having a 7 working day policy
