They called me after i checked out their web site but did not order. i was told that i could get the starter pack free and cancel my membership after i got it and i would not be billed anything else. after i recieved the starter kit i called to cancel and was told i have to send back the starter kit or be charged $29.00 for it. I was spoke to very rudely because i did not want to listen to his speel. i only wanted to cancel so i wouldn't be sent more cartrages and charged $75 more. They will automatically charge your account. beware they are ruthless.
