I won a $3000 holiday dream package had to pay $899 american which for some reason quoted australian around 1200, I did think was strange they couldnt quote nz when I asked he said cost be simular.To win this I was on the internet on a nz website I then rang up the auckland number which for some reason still end up talking on american line after discussing the deal to several convincing operators and quite excited of the holiday deal around $1400 taken out of my account straight away at the time of not wanting to consider as a scam it took a few months for another scam to try get money from me I decided to see if this could be a scam and found a few pages of complaints so decided to despute with the bank to find out if scam or not didnt really get anywhere with it so decided to leave it to try the 0800 nz support number closer to time I plan for holiday. today 5/3/2014 I rang this number was quite a pause before it called through then once again talking to people in America I was on hold quite alot of the call we sorted through some dates then she started adding up more things for me to pay got up to 500 american before I stoped to question her. I found her rude she hardly let me speak kept talking over me then quickly transferd me to the insurance guy who also for some reason put me on hold after a while of this I hung up. Finaly now Im convienced the whole situation dont seem right I have decided to stop dealings with these people,cancel credit card,cut losses and now plan another holiday
