I ordered free sample and paid for shipping £2.99. Since then they took from my account £184.95 in total! And I have not received even anything from them just free trial cream. Called them and they said as exception they will make refund £40 but that means they took money from me for nothing. I asked to speak to manager but they said they are the only ones we can speak to and can't help me with anything else. I am not sure what else I can do but I am ready to spend time on this to make sure that the company is closed. It is just not fair!
