I applied for a free trial, expecting it to be just that, a FREE TRIAL. I gave my card details to pay P & P. I am now devastated to find my credit card has been charged £170. This it transpires is because the products were not a free trial as I understand a free trial. The small bottles were apparently 30 days supply and only the first 14 were "free" I had to return them if i didn't want to pay £170 for them AND then £170 a month. This was not clear as I would have NEVER applied as I can't possibly afford this as a one off, never mind every month. Add to that I stopped using it as I found it not to be as good as my Oil of Olay fluid. All the automaton on the phone would say was I agreed to the "Terms and Conditions" I mean who reads things HIDDEN in T &Cs?? This was not just not clear in the advert, it was hidden. This is no better than theft. I feel sick. How am I going to explain to my husband what I have done with our hard earned money? Yes, I will feel stupid when I go & find this spelt out, hidden, in the small print, but at the moment I just feel nauseous.
