phonecall early morning, said my computer was
about to crash if I didn't get it cleaned up as it had viruses. They were calling from Microsoft, Ichallenged them but they would insist I opened my computer and they would correct the errors. It was only after they had done it they then wanted the fee. Said as I was asenior citizen it would cost £129 for my lifetime. Got card statement today showing the above cost.
