PayMatters have now changed their name for the forth time been stuck off and dissolved three times not to mention £6,000,000 in debt.
Yesterday PayMatters changed their registered name and website address to www.umbrella.co.uk to hide their history for good.
It just seems crazy companies like PayMatters or umbrella-company limited can rack up millions in debt and just change their name and stat from scratch again with the same staff, offices and tel numbers as before.
This is the final straw for me, it's gone from £1000 to £7,000 in 12 months without any work on my accounts and now I have an interview with HMRC who could close me down. My company is over 25 years old since allowing PayMatters/Umbrella.co.uk to manage my accounts I am going to lose everything by the end of the year.
Miles Grady who is the director of both companies is also wanted in connection with a several million pound VAT fraud in the UK under the name of Harrington Brooks.
These men should be locked up for ever!
