I went through an online add to their website and looked at the Night and Day products on free trial. It does not mention at this point that there is a 14 day trial period or what the charges might be there after. I only saw a reasonable postage and packaging cost. Before you finish the process to order you do have to click on terms and conditions but after reading the first paragraph I did not see any information that would affect my decision and went ahead with the order.Only to find out 14 days after I received the product that I was charged a further £98.00 for it. I called them back as soon as the charges appeared on my bank statement and ask them for my money back. They only gave £50.00 back and since I have called several times but they will not offer any more than that. My husband asked to speak to the manager, Zack Remon, and they would not transfer the call as he would not be able to do any more than the customer service agent. She hung up on us without transferring us to the manager. This is a right that all consumers have and we were denied the right to speak to the manager with our complaint. We are thinking to take this further with Consumer Organisations in the UK.
