I was asked to do a survey on a website, after the survey I was offered a free product and just needed to pay $2.95 shipping and handling. Just over 10 days I noticed that my credit card was charged $97.88. When i called the company and explained what happed initially they just said that I agreed to a free trial and agreed to pay $97.88 if I did not call in 10 days. This was nowhere stated on the invoice i received. I offered to send the product back but they said I cannot because it was opened. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they accepted all the lies of this company and closed out the discpute. The company now says that they can't help me because I made a dispute with my credit card company. It seems like no one is listening to the customers and this company just keep ripping off people. Frustrated.
