I purchased item from this online store december 17, 2013. Items never shipped. Finally emailed them, they said items shipped. Never got a shipping order #. waited 10 days. still nothing. emailed them back. they said there was a delay. i asked for a refund. they said it shipped the previous day. i then said i didnt want the items, and asked how i could ship it back and that i wanted my money back. i then wrote the owner. he apologized for his employee lying to me about it shipping. said he would refund me right then. it has been over a month and still no refund in my paypal. i have emailed numerous times and am being ignored now. i just called and left a voicemail in hopes to get the owner to call me back. probably will just be ignored again.
