I ordered trial offers of Luma repair Luma at £4.95 and Luma repair anti-aging at £3.95.
I have just noticed that almost 3 weeks later on 4th March 2014 I was charged £79.95 + £89.95 on my credit card statement on top of the above amounts. I had no idea that I was going to be charged this amount and it has put my credit card over the limit so that i will now have to pay fees and it will affect my credit rating.
How do I arrange to get my money back please?
I have contacted my credit card and they say it will take 3-4 weeks to investigate the matter but there are no guarantees they will get it back for me as I should have read the small print at the bottom. I didn't see any small print - how can people do this to consumers? I wouldn't think of paying £180 for face cream in my wildest nightmares.
Please help me to get my money back.
