I ordered a free trial of the pure collagen but was billed on my credit card $125 au. It was sent again today, 117/3/14 and I haven't checked my credit card but will advise the credit company to stop any further debits against this name. I too will be send the product back and would be expecting a full refund.
Hope to hear from you as NO order for this product except for a free trial was ever given.
