My brother and I purchased a wake tower with light bar. The waketower was received but there was no speaker bar with it. After contacting Rocky he has stated that it was back ordered and would arrive soon. After contacting Rocky again after a couple months went by he stated that I was on the top of the list and would receive in Jan 13. Then there was problems with Chinese customs and after asking for a refund he said he would never came. I figured it wasn't worth my time to deal with low life scum bags like this. I con't to try to get my money back with no success. I had bought another speaker bar and let it go. Until I seen another complaint about this scumbag and thought I should add mine. I have all the bills and communications though email to provide.
