This is to claim and report to the concerned authority regarding fraud done by one of the Chinese supplier the details of the supplier is as follows

We had purchased from the above supplier Brass & Pig Iron Ore Ingots for a value of 21,825 US$ but the goods that we received was pavement concrete blocks. The pavement concrete blocks was supplied at the same weight as we ordered. As soon as we came to know about this fraud we did immediately complained to the above company and the reply that we got was that they are investigating the matter with their factory.

We were assured by the sales lady that they would resolve the matter ASAP. Since the delivery of this goods took place during the month of Jan 2014 and since Chinese New Year falls during the end of Jan we were told by the company that they would come back to us after the Chinese New Year festival however they did not come back to us. They had agreed that they are a trader who did arrange these goods from some factory near the Tiangin port. They did assure us that they would resolve this matter with their factory however we have not received any feedback regarding this. We are trying to reach them since Feb 15th 2014 but since then their phone & fax rings but this is connected to a voice mail and their email have started bouncing since then.

We kindly request you to give a careful consideration to these matters seriously and take necessary legal step in this serious case.
