I purchased a few things from XR, LLC CUSTOMER SERVICE on line.
And delivery still not made.
we had several email exchanges. but they did not provide any evidence of delivery. and informed me it could take 8weeks for the delivery.(10-12 business day delivery written on web)
I believe it is not fair that they just say "wait for delivery".
Is there anything that I can do about this delivery?
asking for a refund is possible?
