I paid a $50.00 fee upfront for marketing and $9.95. for additional month. I received a call from a gentlemen (Andres) that advised me he had a possible buyer for my property. He advised me that i would have to pay $800.00 which was their fee to continue with the process. I informed him I was not told that and that I specifically asked Rachel if there was a fee. She told me their fee was paid by the lender for the transaction. I told him that the company was misrepresented by Rachel. He said he was not going to argue with me. When I asked the gentlemen to then remove us from their inventory he did not let me finish speaking when he hung up on me.
