Old co-worker called from practice I left in 2009 stating I had a bill from the yellow pages for $494.99 that was past due. It gave the url for www.yd-pd.com with a username and password listed. I own my own practice now (and have since 2010) so there is no reason why a bill would go to my former practice. Not to mention neither my practice or my former practice are listed on their website.
